PROOF OF IDENTITY
Copy of a valid government issued photo ID clearly showing the entire ID, your photo, and your name.
PROOF OF SOCIAL SECURITY #
A clear copy of your social security card clearly showing your name and social security number.
PROOF OF ADDRESS
A recent bill or bank statement clearly showing your name, address, and date.
Please upload every 30 days.
IT IS VITAL THE IMAGES ARE CLEAR
Otherwise, the Bureaus can ignore our letters.
SUMMARY OF OUR STARTUP PROCESS
Please upload or email your new proof of address every month. Without an updated proof of address to go along with your drivers license, and social security card the bureaus will flag your account and are likely to ignore all the letters we are sending.
We refresh your credit report every 30 to 45 days to see the items we’ve had repaired and to determine which items we will still need to dispute. By law the bureaus have 30 days to respond to the letters, so we allow that wiggle room to include the time the letters will be in the postal service.
We will give you access to our educational program throughout the entire program. This program is to show you the in’s and out’s of credit so while we are repairing it, you can rebuild it and know how to avoid those credit mistakes in the future.
You can cancel your credit repair agreement at anytime, but you will still be liable to make payments toward your chose Repair Package.
We do ask for all bureau responses that you will receive in the mail. You can upload those directly into your portal. These responses allow us to customize the next round of letters depending on how the bureaus responded. They can also be violating even more laws in those responses!
Deleting bad credit does not equal good credit. While most of our clients easily see a 50-150 point increase WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A SCORE OUTCOME. We do provide coaching and specifics on how you can build your credit quickly but ultimately the score is up to you.

You do not have just one score. Which is why you will see it fluctuate so much between different websites and apps. It’s best to track and understand the increase/decrease though out the repair on CreditMojo.
Credit scores can and will fluctuate 20-40 points every month. That is normal, and does not mean anything is wrong. There are thousands of variables influencing your score on a monthly basis.
In order to increase your credit, it is VITAL that you have open credit cards in good standing.
Please have at least 3 credit cards to begin. If your credit is poor, you may need to start with a secured-credit card or find a family member or friend willing to add you on as an authorized user to their account.
Make sure your credit cards are in good standing with 1-10% utilization when they print the bill.
WHAT NOT TO DO DURING THE REPAIR
- DO NOT contact creditors or credit bureaus directly while Fortress is working on your repair.
- DO NOT employ another credit repair company to work on your account during the repair with Fortress. We will bill you for any deletions during your repair with us, and up to 45 days after the last round of letters have been sent.
