In order for us to get them removed, we need for you to obtain a IdentityTheft.gov report, then provide us a copy. 
Please follow the step-by-step instructions below to order your credit report, create and provide us a IdentityTheft.gov report.

Login to CreditMojo.com
Click “View Last Update”
(Above the Order Updated Report Option)

Grab Your Inquiry Details

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the report to the Inquiry Section.
Select Show All Inquiries.

Either keep this tab open or take note of each account and date.
You will need the information here to complete the next step.

Complete an IdentityTheft Report

Answer the questions with the information below.

What did the theft use your identity for? – Credit Card Accounts 

Tell us how your information was used. – To open a fraudulent credit card account.
