Personality Assessment

After applying, you will be taken to a required personality assessment. This assessment will help us place you in the right position and team.

Responsibilities

Inbound and outbound calls using phone dialer to leads that have requested information on how to fix their credit.

Teach leads how to read a credit report and show them the mistakes the banks are making on the report.

Enroll the lead in our education program.

Keep the customer database updated to ensure the information on prospective and past clients is current.

Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies.

Communicate with prospects via email, zoom calls, phone calls, or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

Sales experience is a plus but not required, but wanting to learn more about sales and personal development is required.

Ability to build rapport and start a conversation with someone you have never met.

Patience and empathy to listen to leads' problems, goals and help them find the solutions.

Ability to use google chrome with multiple windows open at the same time.

High-speed internet and computer with two monitors, webcam for zoom, microphone, and speakers.

Compensation

$50,000 – $125,000* Commission Based

*For Reps performing at plan.
Training & Guaranteed Pay Starting at $15/hour.
Average agents make $75,000* 
$2,500 bonus at 90 days with a minimum of 90 enrollments!
